1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and plus77 ("plus77", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at plus77.one and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces. plus77 offers online casino games, live dealer services, sports betting, and related gaming entertainment services to eligible players located in the Philippines.

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

plus77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and source of funds at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending compliance.

4 Account Registration and Security

To access real-money gaming features on plus77, you must register a single, individual player account. The following provisions govern account registration and maintenance:

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) plus77 account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name, using a different name, or on behalf of another person — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus balances, and potential forfeiture of winnings obtained through duplicate accounts.

5 Deposits and Payment Methods

plus77 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana Lhuillier. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 15 minutes to 3 hours during standard banking hours. Over-the-counter deposits may take up to 24 hours to be reflected.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods not registered in your own name, is prohibited.
• Deposit Limits: plus77 offers voluntary deposit limits as part of its responsible gaming framework. Compulsory limits may be imposed by plus77 where required for player protection or regulatory compliance.
• No Fees: plus77 does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers are outside plus77's control and may apply.
• Currency: All accounts are maintained in PHP. plus77 does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any currency conversion is the responsibility of the player.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your plus77 account are subject to the following terms:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction, unless otherwise stated.
• Verified Accounts Only: Withdrawals are processed only for accounts that have completed KYC identity verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw until verification is complete.
• Withdrawal to Own Accounts: Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the plus77 player account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–24 hours during banking hours. • Withdrawal Fees: plus77 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Processing fees imposed by third-party payment providers are the player's responsibility.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

plus77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to an individual promotion:

• Bonuses are offered at plus77's absolute discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Players must opt in to bonuses where opt-in is required; bonuses will not be automatically applied unless stated.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• plus77 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if a bonus was claimed in error, through fraudulent means, or in violation of these Terms.

All deposit match bonuses and free spin bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be processed. Wagering requirements and game contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms. By default, slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all.

All bonuses carry an expiry date from the point of activation or deposit. Any unmet wagering requirements at the time of expiry will result in the forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance and associated winnings. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

plus77 employs monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk; use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; collusion between players; and exploitation of software errors or pricing discrepancies. Where bonus abuse is detected, plus77 reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend the account.

8 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games offered on the plus77 platform operate under the rules defined by the respective game providers and are subject to the following general provisions:

• Game Rules: Each game has specific rules that govern gameplay, win conditions, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages. These are available within the game interface. It is the player's responsibility to understand the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.
• Random Number Generators: All slot and RNG table games on plus77 use certified Random Number Generators that have been independently tested for fairness. plus77 does not manipulate game outcomes.

• Responsible Gaming Tools: All plus77 players have access to deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion — accessible from account settings at any time.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion from plus77 for periods ranging from 6 months to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately. During an active self-exclusion period, the player may not access their account, and plus77 will make reasonable efforts to prevent access.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the plus77 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including fraud, theft, or money laundering;

• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or match-fixing on the platform;
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct directed at plus77 staff or other players;
• Attempting to circumvent geolocation, age verification, or self-exclusion systems;
• Chargebacks on legitimate deposits after receiving gaming services; and
• Any other conduct that plus77 reasonably determines to be fraudulent, dishonest, or in violation of applicable law.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the plus77 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, databases, and design elements — is the property of plus77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the plus77 platform without prior written authorization from plus77. Unauthorized use of plus77 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, plus77's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

plus77 shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage; (b) loss of profits or anticipated savings; (c) loss of data or interruption of service; (d) losses attributable to third-party payment providers; (e) gaming losses in the ordinary course of lawful play; or (f) force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, internet outages, and power failures.

The platform is provided "as is" and plus77 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by plus77's negligence.

13 Privacy and Data Protection

plus77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and its implementing rules and regulations. By using the plus77 platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

plus77 will not sell, lease, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with regulated service providers (including payment processors and game providers), regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR), and law enforcement agencies where required by law.

14 Account Suspension and Termination

plus77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency;
• Player request for self-exclusion or account closure;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies); or
• Any other reason that plus77 determines, in its reasonable discretion, to be in the interest of platform integrity or player protection.

Upon closure of an account in good standing, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

15 Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the plus77 platform shall first be submitted to plus77 customer support for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent Philippine court.

Players should submit all complaints in writing to plus77 customer support, including their account username, a description of the dispute, the amount involved, and the resolution sought. plus77 will acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

16 Amendments to These Terms

plus77 may amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, plus77 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or for security reasons. The current version of these Terms is always available at plus77.one/terms-conditions.

If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
